@sherlock_holmes I've read the question and comment and I do understand your frustration. It appears as if there maybe something that gets lost in translation. I do not think it is all attitude. The only way to delete it, would be by marking it either for review by the mods or enough people agreeing to have it deleted. I will continue to monitor this question and see if the OP will elaborate.

I agree. I think this person definitely does not speak English primarily but doesn't have ill will towards us. I think voting to "Archive as not answerable" is the most appropriate thing to do, but I'll leave the voting to you folks, since that may give him time to get his translations in order.

Ok. Thanks. That might make sense. I just hate people who act like they know what they are talking about when they come to u for a question. I have customers how are like that all the time and it makes me mad. Would all of those periods be the words that were lost in translation.
