Do you use tags when answering questions, asking questions, or creating guides? If so, how do you use them? How often?
Do you use the Tags tab in Answers?
Survey says... NO (mostly)
I was thinking about this at one point. people don't get popups for common tags, so there really all over the place. I wonder how many different ones there are... I occasionally use them. they are not really important though.
I only use them for questions and nothing else. Is there a problem of us using them?

No problem at all! We're just trying to gauge community interest in and use of the Tags feature to see if it merits an overhaul or not.
When it comes to tags in guides, no. Seeing as I put the component the guide is written to cover (Ex: Xbox One LT/RT magnet adjustment) in the title I don't see the point since you can look it up and find the guide, regardless of if I use tags or not. I have yet to see anyone add a tag to my guides (more on this with Answers). Seeing as my petrol threshold for guides is 10k, there's no point since you can't edit without going through patrol more often then not.
Answers is a little different. I personally don't add them but I've had other people on the site add them if they feel like doing it. I won't remove it if this happens (as long as they are appropriate, of course), but I don't add them if you see any. In other words any tags you find likely came from someone else adding them.

Ah I could have been more clear! I meant search tags attached to answers posts, not the @ notification function =)

There are tags? I never even noticed, lol. I would use them if it makes searching for solutions easier!
