I live in the East coast so I see these in the morning. Whereas @mayer & @oldturkey03 can catch them after I've gone to bed as they live in Texas and the IFIXIT team often catches these even later in the day as they are on the West coast.
I've killed off all his negative junk (which you can too!) and banned him.

Hey guys, feel free to ask users to change or remove any vulgar content on their own first. Just remember to be polite and not get in fights. If I need to step in just @ me or any other employee and we'll take care of it.

Got another one. this Mary, https://www.ifixit.com/User/1612078/Mary always makes a long post in comments of issues that a lot of people have, about starting a class action lawsuit.
"I have Samsung edge and I forgot my password and had to send it to Samsung and it took 33 days to get my new phone what a disgrace my phone was only 9 days old and when I shut my phone down it wouldn't accept my fingerprint it wanted the original passcode which I had forgotten a nightmare that I dont even want to begin to explain ,everyday on the phone with Samsung they send the phone back unfixed and told me it was out of warranty how can a phone be out two months and be out of warranty finally it's resolved no one should have to go through this they put the phone out prematurely until they could figure a way to open it I'd like to start a class action suit against Samsung Google and AT&T"

@captainsnowball - While this person has a negative viewpoint, his comments are not spam.
Correcting his views with facts is the only action you have. Correct his statements the more you do this he'll get the message we what positive comments or real corrections when they are warranted.
