From what I can tell, the users posting about the Epson printer weren't even really addressing the original question. Plus, two identical links posted at the same time comes across spammy, so I just decided to ban the users.
Also banned the third user you posted—really pushing people to use AOL mail! Thanks for catching these.

Just for my info, would you like me to continue deleting their multiple spam entries as I come across them (if there are that many) and then let you decide to whether to ban them or not or would you prefer that I just pass the user ID on to you so that you can clear the lot, hopefully all in one go?
I may have missed what the procedure is regarding reporting spammers and their activities as I think the monthly spam folder was started when I was away at one time.

You are more than welcome to delete them as you see them, but if you find it's getting time-consuming, you can always send the user my way, and I can take care of it!

I tried to ban this user because of multiple spamming entries, the first of which started on 02/12/2019 (member created 02/11/2019) but when I try, it comes up with “User must have been created within the last 48 hours“.

Does this mean that I can only ban users that have been members for less than 48 hours?
If so I can’t be of much help preventing these spammers, who may have been overlooked or missed earlier, from inputting a lot of spam over the weekends, when you’re not there to ban them. A lot of the time I’m in or closer to the same time zone (GMT +8:00 hrs) as they are which may help to nip it in the bud sooner (if I’m on deck that is)

Hi jayeff! Thanks for sending these along; I've taken care of them. You are correct—our system only allows user bans within that 48 hour timeframe. @danj mentioned this before, so I'll talk to the team here and see how flexible we can be with the ban tool. In the meantime, just keep sending them my way.

Update 24/02/2019:
I banned the user below as he/she was just starting to get going. Nip it in the bud so to speak
This user has the same user name and posting the same spam as one that I banned on Feb 10.
He/she is getting sloppy using the exact same user name. Makes it easier to find when they come back
Can banned exact same User names be re used then or is it just on the User ID number?

I banned the first account you posted. And thanks for taking care of the other one! I'm looking into your question about user names/ID numbers, and I'll let you know when I have an answer.
I have an answer for your question about banned users. Each user has the following:
1) username (ex. Kristen Gismondi)
2) unique username (ex. @kristen)
3) user ID (ex. 1020837)
Usernames can be reused/duplicated, unique usernames can only be reused if a user changes theirs (then someone else can take it), and user IDs cannot be reused.
