@sarahw well, I guess a congratulation to the new job is in order :-) Let’s start off by asking you to remove the following users. Those are left over from Witrig and eSelekt. The only purpose those users served was to boost the Witrig guides. No harm if they stay, but their guides etc., still link directly to eSelekt. So this would really just be a cleanup operation

I kept finding more and more accounts! All feeding into these two apps all the user accounts are interlinked. Here’s the ones I found:

Its going to take a bit of work to fully clean this up. Sarah can you pick this up as They all need a heaver hammer than I have ;-}

2 of her answers go to the same site, and it looks like a spammer from what I see. I think she may have been mentioned before as someone that may be waiting until they are established. The 3rd hangs my tool I use to check it.

Hi @danj ! I just received a reply from our Dev team regarding your inquiry. Although it’s a good idea, we are unable to fulfill it because of the possibility that there might actually be different users like if two people share a computer. Thank you for your input and we appreciate all your help.

@sarahw - Creating the account is the key within the timed window.

Are you likely to see two people sharing the same system make new user accounts one after the other?

Set a timer once the first account is made so let's say 48 hours need to pass before you can create another account. Using different ID wouldn't be interfered with.
