Hi @nick, thanks for the post. This one is tough, although this person is promoting a specific tool, it seems like in their other answers they are trying to offer genuine help. If they continue to post for this company or post a link, we will ban them. We appreciate your vigilance.

Hi @danj, thank you! I've deleted his comments and gave him a temporary ban. Hopefully he'll get the picture. If he comes back after 30 days and starts trolling again we'll have to permanently ban him. Merry Christmas! I'll be back on the 26th for any spam issues.
