Good morning @jayeff! I took care of the second one, they are banned! As for the first one— because they are not linking to a site and the answer goes with the questions we won't ban them. If they start linking the company or start answering irrelevant questions with the same answer then we'll think about a ban. Thank you again for always keeping your eyes open!

Jayeff, you're doing a great job reporting spammers, and probably it would be helpful to also post a link to the actual spam post in question, or tell about it in a few words.

I've already deleted the spam so posting the link would lead to nothing and is therefore not required but I prefer to let the admins decide whether or not to ban the user.
I'm a moderator on ifixit and have the power to remove spam and ban users if and as required, which I do occasionally. I'm in a time zone 16 hours ahead of the admins so I can catch and remove a lot of spam (and ban some persistent spammers) early, before it stays on for too long and the admins (or others such as yourself) get around to seeing it and doing something about it.
The admins (and also the moderators) can still access the user's deleted "spam" posts and restore them if necessary, so if I'm doing it wrong I'm sure that they'll let me know
I've been doing it this way for a while now with no complaints, so I guess that they trust my judgement.

@jayeff looked like SPAM to me as well and I felt compelled to make the user go away. @sarahw there are entries on some Wiki's that are leftover SPAM which I can not clean. Would you mind to check on those?

Alright, I getting tired of this poster’s repeated (and duplicate) question and comments. They have asked essentially the same question 5 times (I have since merged them) in the last week, received 6 good answers and yet always come back with the essentially the same comment and incredulity. At this point, I’m starting to believe that they are just trolling the community.
