Reward for people who answer questions?

I would like to refer to something mayer suggested in jest. How about awarding a free t-shirt to members when they reach 100 accepted answers. I should think it wouldn't cost a great deal and would provide both incentive and reward to the folks who provide answers.

Answered! View the answer I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

You can't tell now how many accepted answers you have now, just solutions. But of course they know how many you have.

I think we could arrange something like that. What should the threshold be? How about 5K rep?

Any decision on this?

Where's my T-Shirt? LOL

We'll work on it. We've got a ton of other stuff on our plate right now, so it probably won't be until beginning of next year.

Hi, Well its after the first of the year--any thought or time line on this question? I ask because both of my shirts are getting ragged and I could use a new one. Thanks for your consideration of this concept. Ralph

Or maybe have threshold lotteries? Hold private raffles for everyone above say 5k of products you've done teardowns- you guys did one a while ago with a wacom tablet and something else.

Consider a stepped system to give continued incentive. 1000 coffee mug 2500 tee shirt 5000 ? 10000 ? 25000 ? 50000 ? 100000 MacBook 1000000 a corvette, at my current rate I would pick up my vette in 40 years ;-)

We were supposed to wear purple today for the National campaign against Alzheimer's disease, but I forgot.
